As far as Jack Cambridge is concerned there’s a difference between a clean car and one that delivers the wow factor.

The owner at Meticulous Car Care at Link Business Centre, says ‘Everybody thinks that when their car comes out of the showroom, it’s the cleanest it will ever be. But I can take it beyond that level and make it look better than when it came out of the factory.’

The results Jack achieves are exceptional. He offers car valeting which involves a thorough clean inside and out. But most of his work involves car detailing which is the art and science of restoring and preserving a vehicle’s appearance – far beyond what a standard wash or valet can achieve. Jack’s meticulous and thorough approach keeps his customers coming back for more. In fact, it would be fair to say that his results are transformational, and they are often shared on social media.

‘I’m currently on the hunt for the most ridiculously dirty car you could think of’ says Jack ‘One that’s so filthy, it’s beyond economic repair and is destined for the scrapyard. Then I’m going to document everything on socials. It’s just so satisfying seeing what can be accomplished with car detailing if you put the work in.’

Jack first began working in the motor trade and motor sport industries 18 years ago. He started doing car detailing at weekends while working with British touring cars and then latterly traffic management. But what started out as a hobby has become his passion and Jack decided to set up his own car detailing business full-time earlier this year.

His commissions come from individual clients alongside car dealerships and trade customers. Regardless of whether they have a £500 Vauxhall Corsa or a £500K Lamborghini, Jack treats every single car in the same way.

Jack describes his experience so far at Link Business Centre as amazing. He had been looking for business space for some time and found out about Unit 21 by word of mouth ‘I’d only been here a short time before a chap at one of the other units asked if I needed any help. Everyone has been really nice and accommodating.’
